Our partner companies in Barcelona form part of a network of more than 55 organizations committed to dual vocational training for many years. They deliver training in accordance with the standards of the AHK (German Chamber of Commerce for Spain), ensuring high-quality, practice-oriented education.
Thanks to this strong network of partner companies, many young people have successfully started their careers through dual vocational training in Barcelona. In addition to providing professional experience, our partner companies actively support students’ personal and professional development.
By combining theory and practice, our partner companies play a key role in strengthening the dual vocational training model and preparing students for the labour market.
It funds more than 135 German schools abroad. The “Excellent German School Abroad” seal ensures high quality standards and continuous development of the schools.
It provides active support to fedaEDU in all matters relating to the development, consolidation, and establishment of fedaEDU in Catalonia and Spain.
It supervises the implementation of dual vocational training. It supports companies, trainers, and students, guarantees the quality of practical and theoretical training, and certifies examinations.
It collaborates with the university study programme and awards the Bachelor of Arts in International Business degree in English, with specializations in Marketing and Finance.
(Currently being phased out) It collaborates with the university study programme and awards the Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration degree.

Representatives from our partner companies may also participate as board members of our business school, fedaEDU, helping to align training with real business needs and labour market requirements. Two degrees in just 4 years? It’s possible! Study with us in Barcelona! At fedaEDU, we offer—exclusively in Spain—a Bachelor’s degree in International Economics in English combined with dual vocational training in German language. While you complete your university studies, you also undertake a dual vocational training program. Upon completion, you will obtain a Bachelor of Arts degree and a dual vocational qualification recognized in Germany by the German Chamber of Foreign Trade in Spain (AHK). In addition, you will significantly improve your German and English language skills and gain valuable work experience in multinational companies based in Spain. Both the academic and practical training take place entirely in Barcelona. This innovative integrated study model with vocational training forms a key foundation for the professional careers of many of our alumni, who have successfully joined prestigious companies. In collaboration with Heilbronn University, we offer a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business designed for students seeking a globally focused, practice-oriented education. The program is delivered entirely in English and follows the standards of the European Higher Education Area (Bologna Process), ensuring international academic recognition and high-quality education.
This International Business degree provides a strong foundation in business administration, economics, and intercultural management while developing essential language, digital, and methodological skills required in today’s global business environment. Through hands-on learning methods, real-world business projects, and opportunities for study abroad semesters or international internships, students gain the practical experience and international perspective needed to succeed in multinational companies and global organizations.

“After completing my vocational training as an Industrial Management Assistant at ASET, I studied European Business Administration in Münster and Madrid. In 2002, I began my career at Volkswagen AG in Production Controlling. After four years, I moved into Human Resources, first as an Assistant and later as Head of HR Reporting and Controlling for the Volkswagen Group. In 2020, I became HR Director at Volkswagen’s plant in Navarra, Spain. A little over three years later, I joined the Executive Management Team of Brose Sitech Group, a joint venture between Volkswagen and Brose.
