1980 |
Founded as a non-profit organization, ASET is committed to providing high-quality, practice-oriented education focused on employability and professional development. |
1981 |
Admission of the first students to the dual training program for Industrial Management Assistant. Shortly after, additional programs were introduced, including Banking Technician and Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services Clerk. |
1992 |
Accreditation as a German vocational school recognized by the Standing Conference of the Ministers of Education and Cultural Affairs (KMK). |
2001 |
Introduction of the IT Systems Management Technician program (until 2006). |
2006 |
Introduction of the Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration program in cooperation with South Westphalia University of Applied Sciences, combining academic studies with vocational training (2-in-1 model). Launch of the bridge course (10+1), enabling access to dual training for students who have completed compulsory secondary education (E.S.O.). Introduction of the Fachhochschulreife, a qualification granting access to university studies in Germany. |
2013 |
Change of name from ASET to FEDA. Transition to a trilingual university qualification (German, Spanish, and English). |
2021 |
Introduction of the IT Technician program and the Bachelor of Science in Business Computer Science. |
2025 |
Introduction of dual vocational training in Digitalization Management Specialist. |
2026 |
Introduction of the International Business degree in cooperation with Heilbronn University |
