fedaEDU, Business School in Barcelona (Spain), offers you the opportunity to combine both. During your studies, you will complete also a vocational training in one of the following fields: Industrial Management Assistant (Industrial Clerk), Freight Forwarding and Logistics Clerk, or Digitalization Management Specialist. The program duration is 8 to 9 semesters.

At fedaEDU, Business School in Barcelona (Spain), up to 25 students per semester are currently enrolled. The small-group lectures have the advantage that instructors get to know students personally and can address individual challenges. The degree lectures are taught in English.

Bachelor International Business

The Bachelor of Arts in International Business is an official German degree awarded by the Heilbronn University of Applied Sciences in accordance with the standards of the European Higher Education Area (Bologna Process).

The International Business degree program is taught entirely in English. Over the course of 8 semesters, students complete core modules, advanced modules, and language modules, as well as professional internships, semester abroad, and the final bachelor’s thesis. Dual Vocational Training – Industrial Management Assistant

They are qualified to work in all departments of companies in the industrial sector. Their responsibilities include commercial and business management tasks such as materials management, sales and marketing, human resources, finance, and accounting across companies in all industries. The program also covers supply chain and logistics, production and services, as well as IT and Business English.

The training follows a four-block structure per academic year with a strong practical focus. Students spend 60% of their total time working in a partner company and 40% in theoretical classes at fedaEDU.

Dual Vocational Training – Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services Clerk

Transport and logistics specialists are responsible for tasks such as selecting and providing transport equipment, advising on packaging solutions, arranging insurance, handling claims, preparing international trade documents, and managing customs clearance.

The training covers key areas including road, sea, and air transport, warehouse logistics, corporate communication, and Business English.

The program follows a block-based structure with a strong practical focus. Students spend 60% of their total training time working in a partner company and 40% attending theoretical classes at fedaEDU.

Dual Vocational Training – Digitalisation Management Specialist

They are qualified to work at the interface between IT and business in a wide range of companies and industries. Their responsibilities include analysing and optimising business and IT processes, supporting digital transformation projects, implementing and maintaining IT systems, and improving efficiency across departments. The program also covers areas such as data management, IT security, software applications, project management, and Business English.

The program follows a block-based structure with a strong practical focus. Students spend 60% of their total training time working in a partner company and 40% attending theoretical classes at fedaEDU.

A Bachelor integrated into dual vocational training

The B.A. International Business program combines academic studies with vocational training in a commercial profession. In doing so, the individual study phases and vocational training are integrated both in terms of timing and content.

In addition to the Bachelor’s degree, students also obtain a second qualification: a dual vocational qualification as an Industrial Management Assistant, as a Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services Clerk or a Digitalisation Management Specialist.
